Dr Gopalapillai Sivasambu
A keen gardener is his spare time, Dr Siva hails from Ceylon, Sri Lanka. He has extensive knowledge and interests in skin cancer surgery, family planning, paediatrics, and general medicine. Dr Siva lived in Sri Lanka and New Zealand before settling in Cairns with us in February 2003.
Languages: He is trilingual in English, Tamil and Sinhala.
Education: Australian certificate in civil aviation medicine, Diving and Underwater medicine, Family planning.
Qualifications: Diploma in Skin cancer medicine, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Medical degree and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, US Medical Licensing Examination and NZ Registration examination.
